What chocolates are gluten-free?

If you are gluten-free or have family members or friends who are gluten-free and struggle to find chocolate bars that are safe to eat, and have to ask Google ‘What chocolate is gluten-free? – we can help! You can find these four chocolate bars at your local store or in online store, and we have compiled a list of the best gluten-free chocolate bars! Yay!. Spoiler alert! our’s favourite is galaxy minis &one canbuy them online. 

You may find it difficult to locate gluten-free chocolate at your local supermarket if you prefer this type of chocolate. The chocolates below are not GF, but we all know and love them for their chocolate bars! It’s unlikely you’ll find them in the aisle marked ‘free from’ at your local supermarket. 

You won’t have to search high and low in supermarkets for gluten-free chocolate because we are here to save you time and effort. All you have to do is run in, grab your favorites, and head out.

In no particular order, here are the top four gluten-free chocolate bars:

Cadbury

Cadbury’s products are gluten-free in most cases. Yay! Cadbury’s is the second-largest confectionery company in the world and one of the most popular chocolate brands in the UK. The store has a large selection of chocolate bars and flavours, even for those of us who are gluten-free!

Cadbury deserves credit for this one!

galaxy minis remain a fan favorite, don’t you think? Everyone loves minstrels, don’t they? We’ve always loved these cinema chocolates, and they’re gluten-free, so everyone can enjoy them! Lind

We have a selection of chocolates that are a little higher in quality and price.  Many Lindt chocolate products are gluten-free and suitable for coeliacs and those avoiding gluten. Lindt chocolate products are known for their luxurious taste and smooth texture. They do not contain any gluten warnings, and Lindt stated in their FAQ that the following products do not contain gluten:

Excellence 70% Dark Chocolate

Excellence 90% Dark Chocolate

Excellence 95% Dark Chocolate

Lindor Strawberries and Cream

Lindor White Chocolate

Excellence 85% Dark Chocolate

Excellence Touch of Vanilla

Lindt milk chocolate, however, contains barley, so steer clear of them in the mixed boxes.

Daim Bar

A Swedish chocolate bar filled with crunchy almond caramel and covered in chocolate that’s… gluten-free. It’s worth noting that many brands have incorporated Daim flavours and ingredients into their chocolates. This includes Cadbury and Milka, both of which may contain gluten. Therefore, if you want to try a Daim bar, be sure it’s the original.
